Peter Gregory Obi was born on July 19, 1961, in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria. He attended Christ the King College (CKC), Onitsha, and later proceeded to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy in 1984.
Known for his sharp intellect and strong academic performance, Obi's educational background laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors in business and politics.
